When producing custom apparel at scale, the final shipped quantity may vary slightly from the original purchase order—typically within an industry-standard tolerance of ±3% to ±5%.
Here is how our production process works and why this occurs:
- Layered Cutting & Marker Ratios:Fabrics are laid in multi-layer spreads and cut simultaneously using computerized CAD marker patterns. Because markers are engineered in set size ratios (e.g., S:M:L:XL), cutting full rolls of fabric produces quantities based on that fixed yield rather than single-unit increments.
- Strict Quality Control (Zero-Defect Standard):Every garment undergoes multi-stage inspections during sewing, printing/embroidery, washing, and iron-packing. Any piece showing needle holes, color discrepancies, print misalignment, or fabric flaws is rejected immediately. We never send compromised goods simply to hit a target number.
- Fair Invoicing:You only pay for Grade-A, fully approved units that pass final inspection. If the final count is slightly lower, your final balance is credited or reduced accordingly.
